About the Role
As a Team Leader, you’ll inspire and guide a team of Aged Care Assessors who conduct face-to-face assessments with older Australians in their homes. You’ll:
* Lead a high-performing, remote team with compassion and clarity.
* Ensure quality assessments and outcomes for clients.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain strong community connections.
* Travel within your region and stay hands-on with occasional assessments.
* Receive comprehensive induction training and ongoing support.

What You Bring
* Proven leadership experience, especially with remote teams.
* A passion for aged care and client-centered service.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

* Relevant qualifications in Nursing, OT, Physio, Social Work, Speech Therapy, Dietetics, or Exercise Physiology.
* AHPRA registration (or equivalent), a valid driver’s licence, and a reliable vehicle.
