IT Integration Support Officer

This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in system integrations, troubleshooting, and IT support while working within a agile, publicly listed company.
As part of our small and supportive IT team, you’ll gain exposure to the full breadth of IT operations—from designing and maintaining integrations between applications to providing direct support to end users.
This role can either be done in our Wellcamp (Toowoomba) or Rocklea Office.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Assist in designing, developing, and implementing interfaces that enable seamless data exchange between applications
- Support file-based and API-based integrations, error handling, and monitoring
- Help identify and resolve technical issues in integration flows and system performance
- Document integration components with an emphasis on reusability and version control
- Assist with testing to validate integration performance and stability
- Work with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
- Apply security best practices including API keys, encryption, and secure key management
- Configure and maintain centralized logging and monitoring tools
- Provide IT helpdesk support (phone, remote, and in person) for Wagners users
- Undertake in-house IT projects within given timeframes
What You’ll Bring
- Solid interest in IT systems, integrations, and problem-solving
- Some knowledge of APIs, data flows, or system interfaces (preferred but not essential)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive attitude with eagerness to learn new technologies
