About the Role

As an Account Manager with us, you will be responsible for being the trusted partner for customers across the region. You will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and consistent growth.
* Be the go-to contact for our customers, building trust and long-term partnerships
* Identify decision-makers and influencers to uncover new opportunities
* Promote and increase awareness of our full range of equipment hire solutions
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Bid development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key customer needs; develop tailored proposals that meet these needs; negotiate prices/terms in accordance with company guidelines
* Audit & follow-up: Conduct regular audits of account activity;
uouch technical issues promptly
* Sales calls/presentations: Present products/services within assigned territory
call on existing accounts regularly;;identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities on current/competitive projects.;face walk-in sales inquiries from contractors/subcontractors/workers regularly (as needed)
