Customer Service Representative
We're seeking a motivated individual to provide top-notch support via different channels, resolve issues, and ensure seamless client care. This is a permanent full-time position with varying shifts for operational services.
You'll work from the office Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5pm and 8am – 4pm shifts during the 3-month probationary period. After completing your probation, you'll rotate through various shifts between 6am - 8pm Monday to Friday. Weekend shifts will be on a rotational basis whilst working from home.
This role requires excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively. You should also possess problem-solving skills and experience in customer-focused environments.
