As part of their ongoing commitment to compliance and its continuous improvement mandate, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Compliance Officer/ Administrator to run a critical and wide-ranging review of its policies, documentation and procedures. The Role This will be a highly autonomous and diverse role going for 3-6 months, encompassing elements of compliance reviews across documentation, policies, registers, contracts, patient policies and associated credentials. It will aim to ensure consistency across internal policies and documentation and risk and compliance management across numerous departments. As such, it will have a high degree of stakeholder engagement and a focus on identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. It will be a key role in ensuring the ongoing success of this pivotal organisation. Key Responsibilities will include: Compliance Review & Documentation Review existing compliance documentation, registers, and records. Check documentation against external compliance requirements, standards, or checklists provided. Identify missing, expired, or incomplete documentation and flag gaps for follow-up. Registers & Tracking Maintain and update compliance registers, trackers, and spreadsheets. Track key compliance items such as certifications, training records, contractor documents, and property compliance evidence. Monitor expiry dates and follow up with clinics or suppliers to obtain required information. Property & Facility Compliance Support Assist with reviewing property and facility compliance documentation, including fire safety, maintenance, and contractor records. Collect and organise certificates, inspection reports, and compliance evidence from external providers. Ensure property compliance documentation is correctly filed and easily accessible. Policy & Procedure Support Assist with reviewing policies and procedures to ensure they are current and consistently applied. Support updates to templates, checklists, and standard documents as directed. Help standardise documentation across multiple locations. Continuous Improvement In addition to the above, the successful candidate will be tasked with Identifying ways to improve operational compliance with a focus on utilising available digital tools and platforms to streamline adherence to risk and compliance policies going forward. Your Profile The successful candidate will be an experienced compliance or contracts administration professional with exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Ideally experienced with compliance and risk matters, you will have outstanding documentation skills as well as exceptional attention to detail. The role will especially suit someone with an investigative mindset and a commitment to delve into detail as well as a qualitative approach. As this is a project with a high degree of stakeholder interaction, it is also essential that you are a confident and capable communicator who is comfortable in presenting your findings to a broad audience.
