The role of a Night Guest Service Agent is to provide a seamless experience for our guests. As the primary point of contact during night shifts, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth stay from check-in to check-out.
This involves providing exceptional customer service, using your professional communication skills to make our guests feel at home. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask are essential in delivering outstanding results.
A previous background in hospitality is beneficial, but comprehensive on-the-job training is provided. This is an excellent opportunity to gain industry knowledge and skills while working full-time or part-time with us.
