Due to recent project wins, we have an opportunity for an experienced Document Controller to join our Sydney office.
This role will see you managing the registration and distribution of documents, reports, audits and project data through the efficient use of project management software.
This will be a fast-paced which will see you providing document control and administration services, working directly with our project team. You will be part of a supportive team working alongside both our Buildings and Energy end markets.
Minimum Requirements
**The role will include**:
+ Providing document control services
+ Record-keeping across meeting minutes, transmittal's, request for information and health and safety matters;
+ Controlling documented drawings and files;
+ Providing project support services to support the efficient working of the teams;
+ Coordinating and assisting during internal project audit activities;
+ Other ad-hoc administration duties, as required.
+ This opportunity is open to full time or part time employment
Preferred Qualifications
+ Previous Document Controller experience on engineering projects
+ Experience working in a project based role;
+ Substantial experience in relation to document and data management systems preferably ProjectWise
+ High level ability in coordinating and maintaining a document management system, including developing process improvement initiatives;
+ Strong ability in problem solving, time management and organisational skills;
+ Substantial written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
