Key Role: Delivering Person-Centred Care
Newcastle Anglican seeks experienced Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses to join its casual pool. As a key team member, you will contribute to providing high-quality care across all 5 Anglican Care aged facilities in Newcastle and Lake Macquarie.
You will have the opportunity to act as a team leader, mentor at ward level, and participate in effective teamwork. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
