We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Operations Lead to oversee the daily operations at our vehicle repair facility.
* Supervise a team of technicians and tradespeople to ensure efficient workflow and productivity
* Coordinate job assignments and schedules to meet deadlines and optimize site efficiency
* Maintain accurate records of job data in our management system
* Analyze and improve repair processes, implementing solutions as needed
* Manage daily operations, including subletting and parts procurement
* Ensure a safe working environment by maintaining WHS compliance and enforcing workplace safety protocols
* Collaborate with the Operations Manager to drive site efficiency and improve customer satisfaction
* Serve as a key point of contact for customers and work providers, providing clear and accurate updates and timeframes
