Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain the Executive Sales Director's calendar, emails, and tasks
* Schedule appointments, calls, and meetings
* Monitor clerical details and track administrative tasks
* Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
Requirements:
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with CRM programs and Zoho
