Senior Civil Design Engineer

Salary: Up to $120K + Super
We are currently partnering with two well‐established, multidisciplinary consultancies in Melbourne that are continuing to grow their civil teams. As a result, we are looking to connect with experienced Senior Civil Design Engineers who are confident working autonomously and enjoy taking ownership of project delivery.

The Role
You will play a key role in the design and delivery of a broad range of civil projects, working closely with internal teams, clients, and key stakeholders. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys both technical delivery and mentoring junior engineers.

About You
* Degree qualified in Civil Engineering
* Chartered or actively working towards Chartership
* Proven experience within a consultancy environment
* Strong technical capability in civil design
* Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D (essential)
* Ability to manage projects independently
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive and solutions‐focused mindset
