About the Role
We're a leading digital asset trading firm, working with clients across 50+ countries. Our mission is to provide borderless finance and we're rapidly expanding in APAC.
The Position
We're seeking an experienced Derivatives Trader to join our structured products team. This is a hands-on execution role, requiring you to price, execute, and manage crypto derivatives trades across options, loan/borrow, and structured products, directly serving client flows.
Responsibilities
* Price trades, monitor positions, and manage execution risk
* Support delta-hedging and other risk-neutral strategies under the Head of Trading
* Collaborate across sales, ops, and risk to ensure smooth trade lifecycle management
* Analyse market trends and volatility surfaces to support pricing opportunities
Requirements
* Strong grasp of options Greeks & crypto volatility markets
* Familiarity with platforms like Deribit, CME, Paradigm, Fireblocks, major exchanges, and OTC workflows
* Experience managing portfolios, running P&L, and monitoring exposures
* Comfort in a fast-paced, execution environment
