Job Summary
LJM Produce is seeking a Full Time Packing Shed Forklift Operator to assist in its Onion Packing Facility based in Myalup, WA.
This role is all about assisting in a modern and efficient packing facility which supplies onions to the domestic and international markets.
This is a large and busy packing facility which requires an operator that is motivated, hands on and able to work under pressure.
The successful applicant will assist in managing the day-to-day packing facility operations and co-ordinate all quality assurance to ensure our products meet customer requirements.
Experience in the management of produce packing operations would be highly desirable, but not essential.
The remuneration package is negotiable and will be based on the level of experience of the successful applicant.

Qualifications
Excellent forklift operation required with ticket
Good time management skills to enable all products are packed to meet orders on time
Strong people management and leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal staff
Good mechanical aptitude and operational skills of general machinery; desirable to have mechanical knowledge of produce packing machinery
Reliable, self-motivated, initiative and desire to be actively involved in a fast-paced work environment
Good numeracy and literacy skills
Ability to communicate to comply with GHP, Safety and quality assurance systems
