We are now looking for a talented Employee Development Coordinator who will focus on providing employees opportunities to continually update their skillsets and establish a fulfilling career pathway at RACV.
**What will you be doing**:
This is a permanent full-time role located in Noble Park; however you will need to have the ability to travel to other locations as required.
This role will play a crucial part in developing our employees and add true value to our team.
As an Employee Development Coordinator, you will:
- Coordinate and support innovative and engaging learning and development solutions
- Establish an ongoing program of courses, modules, and tools necessary to foster and promote employee development and career pathways
- Help identify key core competencies required for leaders and employees which ensure the right practices, processes and behaviours are embedded through the learning and ongoing coaching processes
- Promote learning activities and assessments to monitor and enhance the capabilities and performance of all leaders and employees

The successful applicant will possess the following:
- Demonstrates experience in implementing learning, development plans, programs, and activities
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree (preferable) or TAFE Certificate in Learning and Development or a related discipline; and/or qualifications in Training, Communication, Human Resources Management or Business process improvement methodologies (desirable)
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, negotiating, conflict resolution and building strong and effective working relationships
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, and self-driven, with a natural ability to deliver outcomes within specified timeframes
- Curious nature, and willing to pick up the applicable legislation obligations, including acts, codes, and regulations relevant to the role
Previous experience in a similar role within a customer service environment is highly regarded.
