Seeking proactive team members to support manual packing and production tasks in our seafood processing factory.
We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic team members to support our daily processing work schedule. Key tasks include hands-on processing and packing seafood, cold storage and handling and general facility upkeep.

The core processing role involves abalone shucking, manual handling of stock for packing and storage and general cleaning of the facility and tanks. We are seeking friendly, positive individuals who are happy to complete daily tasks as part of a small team.
We currently have Casual Roles available for immediate start. Our factory operates a nominal schedule of 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday with occasional varied hours or weekend work required to meet delivery schedules.
Candidates must be able to get themselves to and from work at the Augusta Boat Harbour on a daily basis.
Casual pay: $33.00/hr (including 25% casual loading)
Your Role in the Team
We have a small and dedicated team and work collectively across the operations to meet the production schedule. Work will be under the guidance of the Processing Facility Manager. Safety and supporting a safe work culture is an important part of the role.
The processing team are also periodically supported by our operating dive team if/as required to meet the production needs.
Skills & Experience
We are seeking applications from candidates who have:
* Undertaken previous employment in the agriculture or food processing industries would be highly regarded
* Excellent communication skills
* Can read and follow instructions
* A desire to learn and work efficiently
* Enjoy working as part of a small team.
* Are physically fit and healthy and would pass a fit for work medical.
* Hold a current WA Driver's Licence.
Highly desirable:
* Forklift licence
