Super) ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Analyst to support a project under an enterprise-wide Operating Model Program. This role is critical in enabling the setup of a strategic asset management team and ensuring that project outcomes align with organisational standards, governance frameworks, and process design best practices. You will work closely with Stream Lead and other internal stakeholders to assess, document, and improve business processes, systems, structures, and financial components. The position requires strong analytical capabilities, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, and a hands-on approach to deliver effective and sustainable business outcomes. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Analyse existing business processes, systems, roles, and financial frameworks to identify areas of improvement. Develop and document business process models, functional requirements, and operational frameworks to support performance uplift. Support the planning, coordination, and execution of project deliverables in alignment with strategic objectives. Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to capture stakeholder inputs and map out process improvements. Produce high-quality documentation such as process maps, business cases, user guides, and stakeholder presentations. Liaise across departments to ensure methods, tools, and standards are aligned and consistently applied. Influence and negotiate with stakeholders to gain consensus and support for business changes. Translate complex business data into actionable insights to guide decision-making. Contribute to the development of business transition plans and ensure effective knowledge transfer and capability uplift. MORE ABOUT YOU Demonstrated experience in business process mapping, analysis, and process improvement methodologies. Experience working with cross-functional business stakeholders in a complex program environment. Familiarity with operating model transformations and enterprise process standardisation is highly desirable. Proficiency in documenting complex business processes and producing user-friendly analysis materials. Proven ability to manage and facilitate stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions. Effective time management with the ability to self-direct and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport across all levels of the organisation. Experience in strategic asset or works management projects will be an added advantage Exposure to large-scale transformation or operating model implementation.
