Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive HR support and guidance across Employee Relations, Employment Law, Recruitment, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits for ANZ operations.
- Work closely with the Head of HR to influence people strategy, drive performance, deliver workshops and induction training, and manage ER cases.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on, operational HR role where you will partner closely with senior stakeholders to build a high-performance culture across an employee portfolio of circa 250 in contact centre operations and the client services department.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Manager from a corporate, white-collar background.
- Excellent interpersonal skills enabling trust building quickly and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid experience using HRIS systems and exposure to SME-sized businesses.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and have experience in all aspects of HR, including employee relations, performance management, and training delivery.
