The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, this is an onsite hands-on leadership role where you'll guide the team across core financial accounting functions.
This role will be ideal for a finance leader who's analytical and commercially minded, but also people-focused. Someone who listens, collaborates, and brings energy to the team. You'll enjoy rolling up your sleeves, driving high standards, and fostering a culture of learning and accountability.
Your responsibilities will include:
Prepare and review month-end financial reports from start to finish.
Prepare and review year-end financial reports from start to finish.
Coordinate daily finance operations.
Coordinate statutory audits and ensure compliance with financial, taxation and regulatory requirements.
Continuous improvement projects (think: automation, simplification, and system efficiency).
Partnering with internal stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and financial governance.
Leading, mentoring and developing a high – performing finance team.
You will bring:
CA/CPA qualification and relevant finance/accounting degree.
Strong financial accounting and reporting background.
Experience in a large corporate or ASX-listed environment or large corporate.
A track record of process improvement and project leadership.
Excellent communication and business partnering skills.
