We have an opportunity within our After Sales and Service department, serving as the primary communication channel for contractors, ensuring timely support.
What you will be doing?
* Managing contractor onboarding and compliance
* Act as Salesforce system support for new contractors
* Managing contractor non-compliance
* Maintaining and keeping records of the Customer Pricing and Contractor Rates schedules
* Ensure accuracy of the National Contractor DRFs
* Research, analyse and report on market trends
* Provide information and system training and support to contractors
* Liaise and assist contractors with their enquiries
* Extract raw data from Rinnai systems to analyse, track and report data visually
* Support the wider team as and when required

What we are looking for:
* Strong customer focus and the ability to deal with a wide range of stakeholders
* Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills (please note that this will be tested)
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Well-developed compliance administration skills
* A confident and positive attitude with a strong work ethic
* Experience in an after sales and service role (ideal but not essential)
