This is your chance to build a solid foundation in business administration and pave the way for a successful career.Your key responsibilities will be to:Provide reception duties including answering incoming calls, redirecting calls, and taking messages.Ensure the reception area is well maintained.Assist clients with general enquiries and appointmentsUndertake basic administrative duties as requested such as recording, checking of accounts, invoices, orders, store requisitions and maintenance of a record systemsAssist the coordination of functions and events including room bookings and organising suppliesActively participate in activities to complete the Trainee Certification through the specified Registered Training OrganisationRequirements for SuccessWillingness to learn and develop administrative skillsBasic knowledge of administrative practices and procedures relevant to the workplaceBasic numeracy, written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a teamCommitment to providing good customer serviceBasic understanding of computer packages including Microsoft Office packages (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
