This private plastic surgery practice in Brighton is looking for a suitably qualified applicant to take on this excellent medical secretary role to join our team on a negotiable part-time or full-time basis.
The responsibilities of the position would be as medical secretary, personal assistant to Surgeon, officer administrator and receptionist for this busy plastic and cosmetic surgery practice.
Excellent interpersonal skills and personal presentation as well as efficient computer literacy with practice management software Gentu and outstanding organisational skills would be required to excel in this position.
Ideally experience in coordinating patient care in a Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery environment would be advantageous, but training in the workplace may be possible in the correctly credentialled applicant. Applicant would need good grammar, spelling and numerical skills and proficiency as a typist.
Applicants without prior medical secretarial experience unfortunately will not be considered.
