We are seeking a driven and dynamic Account Manager to manage and grow our high-value residential customer portfolio in Melbourne.
The Opportunity
This is a key role responsible for managing a premium portfolio of residential customers, including a mix of end users and reseller partners. You will take ownership of strategic account growth, building strong relationships while driving sustainable sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value residential accounts
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned to business objectives
* Build strong relationships with end users and reseller partners
* Identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth within existing accounts
* Maintain a disciplined sales cadence including call planning and pipeline management
* Deliver accurate forecasting and reporting through CRM systems
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
About You
* Proven experience in a B2B sales or account management role
* Strong strategic sales capability with a results-driven mindset
* Resilient, adaptable, and confident in a dynamic sales environment
* Ability to think on your feet and respond to changing customer needs
* Experience managing sales pipelines and structured call planning
* Highly outcome-driven with a focus on delivering measurable results
* Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) is highly regarded
* Industry experience within building products or construction is desirable but not essential
