**CONSTRUCTION LABOURER OR SUBCONTRACTOR WANTED - IMMEDIATE START**:

We recently became an award winning company and are looking for construction assistants to join our NSW Team. Our clients include Retirement Living Developers and Clubs across the entire east coast.

**POSITION AVAILABLE - ALL TRAINING PROVIDED ON SITE.**
**Position**: Due to increasing demand and company growth, we are looking for a number of common sense driven people to join our team in the field. Successful applicants will be required to form part of our installation teams working across a range of sites. Primary range of works includes:
- Demolition, earthworks and sub-base preparation
- Installation of synthetic grass for play areas and general landscaping synthetic grass
- Concreting, brickwork, drainage, irrigation, trenching
- We construct bowling greens, tennis courts, pickleball courts, multi-purpose fields and more!
**Skills and Experience**
- General Construction Induction card (**White card**) essential
- Australian Drivers License
- A valid **Police clearance** is essential, or you must be eligible to obtain one.
- Positive, can-do attitude
** WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL**
- Ability to prosper in a team setting, be a team player
- Good communication skills
- Follow instructions from Team Leader and Management
- Physically fit with the stamina required for repetitive manual tasks
- Flexibility to work rural work as required
- Understanding and commitment to WHSE initiatives
- Excellent attention to detail
- Truck, skidsteer, excavator, working at heights and traffic management are an advantage but not essential
- Previous Labouring or Construction experience is helpful but not necessary
- Please note we provide on the job training if you do not have hands on experience

**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $27.50 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
