Ayan Infotech urgently looking for SAP SuccessFactors experts in below modules for full time permanent or long term contract job opportunities in Melbourne. All applicants must have full unrestricted work rights in Australia.

* SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll Consultant
* SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking Consultant
* SAP Project Manager for SuccessFactors and ECP Implementation
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant
* Lead requirements gathering and process design workshops for core HR processes in Australia.
* Configure Employee Central including Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, and Event Reasons.
* Manage data models such as Corporate Data Model, Succession Data Model, and Australia-specific fields.
* Support data migration, validation, and cutover activities.
* Configure Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
* Support UAT, go-live, hypercare, and ongoing production support.
* Manage quarterly SuccessFactors release updates and regression testing.
* Hands‐on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
* Proven experience delivering EC solutions for Australian customers.
* Strong understanding of Australian HR practices and compliance considerations.
* Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll Consultant
* Implement and support SAP EC Payroll solutions for Australian payroll.
* Ensure payroll‐relevant Employee Central data accuracy and controls.
* Configure pay components, wage types, and payroll‐specific policies.
* Support integrations with SAP Payroll (ECC/S/4HANA) or third‐party payroll vendors.
* Participate in parallel payroll runs, reconciliation, and statutory validations.
* Support UAT, go‐live, and payroll cutover activities.
* Strong functional experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll.
* Proven experience supporting Australian payroll processes.
* Solid understanding of payroll controls, compliance, and parallel runs.
SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking Consultant
* Configure SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking for Australian Telecom workforce scenarios.
* Configure Time Types, Time Profiles, Work Schedules, and Holiday Calendars.
* Design and implement time valuation, overtime, allowances, and shift rules common to Telecom operations.
* Support time sheet configuration, approvals, and absence management.
* Ensure seamless integration between Time Tracking, Employee Central, and Payroll.
* Support UAT, regression testing, production issues, and audits.
* Strong hands‐on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking.
* Proven experience in Australian projects.
* Exposure to Time Management in Telecom industry environments (shift work, on‐call, field workforce).
* Strong understanding of work schedules, time valuation, and payroll impacts.
SAP Project Manager for SuccessFactors and ECP Implementation
* Responsible for end‐to‐end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) projects.
* Ensure successful planning, execution, migration, testing, cutover, and deployment of HR & Payroll processes in line with business goals, compliance requirements, and global SAP best practices.
* Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll processes, HR transformations, and managing cross‐functional stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.
* 8+ years IT project management experience, with at least 3+ years delivering SAP SuccessFactors EC/ECP projects.
* Deep knowledge of: SuccessFactors architecture & modules, Employee Central workflows, MDF, RBPs, Payroll schemas, wage types, off‐cycle processes.
* Experience with SAP CPI/Webmethods integrations.
