About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for a Medical Education Registrar to join the Medical Education Unit within Yorke and Northern Local Health Network. This role plays a key part in supporting, educating and mentoring prevocational doctors across the region, contributing to a high-quality, supportive learning environment within a rural health setting.
Working closely with the Medical Education Unit, you will be actively involved in delivering educational activities, professional development and wellbeing support for interns, RMOs and international medical graduates.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
* Work closely with the Medical Education Unit to deliver structured educational programs for prevocational doctors
* Provide teaching, mentoring and exam preparation support, including for international medical graduates
* Contribute to education activities such as tutorials, simulation training and professional development sessions
* Support trainee wellbeing and promote a psychologically safe learning environment
About You
You are a registered Medical Practitioner with a passion for education and supporting the development of junior doctors. You will bring:
* General registration with the Medical Board of Australia
* Strong communication, teaching and mentoring skills
* An interest in medical education within a regional and rural health context
* A collaborative approach and the ability to work flexibly across locations and services
