Field Service Representative
About this role:
We are seeking a Field Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service and support in our retail stores. You will be responsible for delivering visual merchandising services, supporting sales teams, and maintaining store displays. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to changing situations, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain key customer relationships
* Ordering, merchandising, and stock presentation (including manual handling)
* Maintaining in-store displays
* Ensuring products are priced and ticketed correctly
* Assist with major planogram initiatives

Requirements:
* Previous sales and merchandising experience in retail (desirable but not essential)
* Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Hold a valid driver's license and have your own vehicle
* Demonstrated ability to learn and effectively use technology and various digital applications and systems
* Strong time management, prioritisation skills and own initiative
