Key Responsibilities
The primary focus is on supporting the CEO in their daily work routine, encompassing a wide range of tasks and responsibilities.
* Administrative Support: The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling, email management, and phone call handling.
* Scheduling Management: Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management for the CEO, ensuring seamless communication with the senior management team and other stakeholders.
* Liaison Role: Serve as a liaison between the CEO, senior management team, staff, and the public, receiving and screening calls and visitors, and providing information with tact and diplomacy.
