We're looking for a skilled and motivated Field / Resident Service Technician for our Albury branch to work on a wide range of Vermeer equipment, ready to take the next step in their career with a dynamic, forward-thinking team.

What You'll Be Doing
• Delivering in-field service support to customers in the Albury region
• Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of Vermeer equipment
• Managing your own time and resources while working remotely from the workshop
• Providing condition reports, recommending spare parts, and consulting on asset maintenance
• Maintaining accurate service records and adhering to safety and quality standards
• Representing RDO Equipment professionally in the field and building strong customer relationships
What We're Looking For
• Trade qualification in Heavy Diesel Fitting, Mobile Plant, or Diesel Mechanics
• Previous field service experience and strong diagnostic/problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules and travel requirements
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's licence (Medium Rigid or greater)
• Experience with Vermeer equipment is highly regarded
• Additional qualifications such as Air-Conditioning, Auto Electrical, or High-Risk Work Licences (e.g., Forklift, EWP, Crane) are a bonus
