Your new role
The APS6 Instructional Designer will be designing and developing structured learning programs and course architecture aligned with the client's capability needs.
Accountabilities
* Leading instructional design projects from planning through to delivery and evaluation.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure learning solutions meet organisational goals and compliance requirements.
* Building engaging, accessible learning resources using contemporary instructional design practices.
* Evaluating learning effectiveness using evidence-based models such as Kirkpatrick.
* Providing advice and support to internal teams on best practice in instructional design and adult learning.
* Contributing to continuous improvement of learning frameworks and processes.
What you'll need to succeed
* A recognised tertiary qualification in higher education or vocational education, or equivalent experience.
* Expertise in structural design of programs and course architecture.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience leading projects in large organisations, including government.
* Knowledge of compliance and quality assurance standards in education and training.
* Understanding of instructional design principles and experience building learning resources.
