What will you do?
* Oversee and support the management of our F&B operations, including event day and non event day activities, and ensuring seamless execution
* Ensure prompt and efficient service delivery for our guests, adhering to predetermined standards and procedures to provide an exceptional guest experience
* Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance guest experiences, identify revenue opportunities, and position Marvel Stadium as a market leader
* Uphold and maintain the highest customer service standards, adhering to protocols and ensuring exceptional service levels at all times
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth

* Proven leadership experience within a large scale hospitality environment
* Ability to mentor, train, and develop a team of hospitality professionals
* Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding service, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and a commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as event schedules dictate
* Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
