We’re looking for an entry point into mortgage broking and finance. This role helps clients take the next step toward buying, investing, or refinancing by qualifying leads, setting appointments for brokers, and connecting customers with the Aussie property hub.
Job Description
This is an entry point into mortgage broking and finance with a pathway to grow into a successful broker or finance professional. As an Aussie Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, qualifying leads, and booking pre-qualified appointments for our brokers. You’ll help customers engage with our online platform to streamline the loan process before their broker appointment and contribute to a high-energy, goal-driven team.
- Speak with customers to understand their needs and determine how we can help.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book pre-qualified appointments into brokers’ calendars.
- Identify opportunities for customers to refinance, purchase property, or explore lending options.
- Encourage customers to engage with our online platform, streamlining their loan process before their broker appointment.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences as part of a team focused on results.
Qualifications

- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.
- Sales, retail, customer service, or call centre experience (preferred but not essential).
- A keen interest in property, finance, or mortgage broking.
- Drive and resilience to hit goals and maximise earning potential.
