This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administration, customer service, leasing, or entry-level property management experience who is ready to build a long-term career within residential property management. The Opportunity is working closely alongside a Senior Property Manager, gaining hands-on exposure to all aspects of portfolio management while receiving ongoing training and support. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with trades Conducting routine inspections and entry reports Communicating with rental providers and renters Processing applications and preparing lease documentation Managing arrears and general tenancy enquiries Assisting with open homes and leasing activities Providing exceptional customer service at every touchpoint What's On Offer: $60,000 - $75,000 package incentives (negotiable depending on experience) Structured training and mentorship from experienced Property Managers Clear career progression into a standalone Property Manager role Modern systems and technology Supportive team culture with strong leadership Ongoing professional development and industry training Stable, long-established business with a strong market presence Social events, team recognition programs and networking opportunities About You - To be successful, you will have: Agents Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or willingness to obtain) Previous experience in real estate, leasing, administration or customer service preferred, not essential! Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A positive attitude and willingness to learn (most important!)
