About The Role
Train all new starters and existing team members on our Self-Insurance systems (Solv, Figtree, and SIMS)
Engage with the above platforms to attend training and build training for Allianz on these systems
Assist in reviewing data errors and audit findings for internal QAs and self-audits annually
Attend regulatory workshops, information days, SIRA conferences, as well as the Self Insurance Association events we are members of
Following attendance to the above, then feed all the learning back to the Self-Insurance team and build it into our resource library and training
Review all new claims and any existing that come in to ensure the key compliance is met in NSW for our current and future clients
The same as above for WA and QLD to align them with best practice of Case Management
Provide Technical advice/support to the Case Managers in the team and assist with sign offs on decisions and independent reviews/opinion on controversial compliance concerns
Monitor SIRA guidelines and changes then pass on to the greater team
Review all portfolios to ensure IMP's/RTW plans are specific to the worker
Develop and provide training to the team on specific, holistic IMP's and RTW plans as well as any additional technical requests and Early Intervention importance
Ensure the correct workflows are in place for SIMS, Solv and Figtree. Additionally working with these providers to ensure these workflows are implemented
Track remediation plans and ensure requirements are being met
Assist with the onboarding of new clients and reviewing inherited claims for strategy, data quality and risk assessments.
About You
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Proficiency in Self-Insurance systems such as Solv, Figtree, and SIMS, with the ability to develop and deliver training programs on these systems
Familiarity with SIRA guidelines and compliance requirements for NSW, WA, and QLD, including PIAWE and liability, with the ability to monitor changes and ensure adherence
Expertise in reviewing claims to ensure compliance and aligning claims management practices with best practices in Case Management, including individualized IMPs/RTW plans.
Experience in onboarding new clients and reviewing inherited claims for strategy, data quality, and risk assessments, with the ability to track remediation plans
Strong communication skills for engaging with team members and stakeholders, with the ability to build and maintain a resource library and training materials based on industry insights
