About the Role

The team are looking for an experienced, confident, and proactive Building Certification Administrator to join our growing team!

Reporting directly to the General Manager, we're seeking someone who takes initiative, wants to make this role their own, and is eager to advance their career by playing an impactful part in our company's future.

In this role, you’ll be involved in:

* Communication: Act as the initial contact for incoming emails and calls, providing information to clients

* Business Support: Assist the General Manager with new projects and initiatives, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, managed and met.

* Project Lead: Take the lead with other projects, demonstrating proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and initiative.

* Document and Compliance Management: Log, verify, and manage essential project documents for clients.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

* Full working rights in Australia.

* Have experience in an administrative, customer service or sales role.

* Previous experience in the building certification and/or construction industry is an advantage.

* Demonstrate outstanding customer service abilities.

* Have a good understanding of using computer programs.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Confidence in decision-making, are able to independently manage tasks, priorities, and meet deadlines.

* A proactive attitude, looking to continuously improve processes and outcomes.

* A keen outlook to grow and learn in your career.
