Some days you'll be designing systems and processes that will support growth for years to come; other days you'll be rolling up your sleeves to solve immediate challenges in payroll, reporting, or compliance.You'll be a trusted partner to the CFO, working across finance, operations, and leadership teams to drive business performance. This is a role where your decisions, design choices, and processes will have a direct impact on the company's growth trajectory.On any given week, you will:Lead, coach, and develop a finance team of 4+, setting clear expectations and accountabilityOwn P2P processes and Revenue Billing processes.
