What you'll do:
* Welcome and assist customers in our service department, ensuring they're kept up to date on their vehicle's progress
* Clearly explain service options and processes to customers
* Work closely with colleagues to schedule and complete vehicle repairs
* Order parts as needed and manage relevant paperwork efficiently
* Maintain and update our customer database
* Follow manufacturer and dealership warranty policies with precision
* Book customer vehicle services via email, phone or in person
* Prepare repair orders and job sheets to keep our workshop running smoothly
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor will be highly regarded
* A team player with the confidence to also work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent computer and literacy abilities
