We're looking for a Recruitment Officer to join our team and support hiring across the business. This role is open to candidates from diverse backgrounds—including recruitment, administration, coordination, mining/site-based roles, or any position where strong organisation and relationship-building were key.

What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting and coordinating recruitment activities across multiple roles
* Working closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
* Posting job advertisements and managing applications
* Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process
* Screening resumes and conducting initial phone conversations
* Coordinating interviews, reference checks, and onboarding paperwork
* Maintaining accurate records and recruitment data
* Contributing ideas to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience

* Mining or site-based roles with strong stakeholder interaction
