What you'll be doing
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide high‐quality, individualised nursing care that supports patients throughout their clinical journey. Working under the guidance of Registered Nurses, you will play a key role in delivering safe and holistic care that meets each patient's needs.
* Assist in assessing, planning and evaluating care to achieve optimal clinical outcomes
* Provide best‐practice nursing services aligned with professional, ethical and legal standards
* Deliver person‐centred and holistic care that respects patient rights and dignity
* Communicate effectively with patients, families and multidisciplinary team members
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and assist with resource management

Essential Requirements
* Registration: Current Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria
* Demonstrated recent clinical experience relevant to the position
* Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse
* Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means; and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with the multidisciplinary health care team
* An understanding of patient centred care and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of the multi‐disciplinary health care team.
