Lead Retail Team for Customer Success

The online department plays a critical role in helping us get online grocery orders selected and packed in-store by a team of personal shoppers. The orders are then picked up as part of our click and collect/concierge service or delivered to our customers in our vans.
You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and taking pride in contributing to a customer experience that is welcoming and inspiring for our customers, team members, and community. This is an excellent opportunity to take your retail leadership experience to the next level.

* Leading a team with a focus on coaching and development
