As the IT Systems Analyst, you will oversee the administration, configuration, enhancement, and ongoing support of Fronditha Care’s core business systems. Reporting directly to the General Manager ITS, you will act as the primary contact for addressing business system‑related queries and issues. Your role will involve collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to map business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions directly or coordinate effectively with vendors to ensure successful outcomes.
This position includes hands‑on technical responsibilities, such as configuring ERP systems, managing and supporting various SaaS products, and developing or enhancing solutions using Power BI, Dynamics 365, SSRS, SQL, and API integrations. Your work will be pivotal in streamlining operations and enhancing the efficiency of technology‑driven processes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide responsive and user‑friendly application support, promptly resolving issues and clearly communicating technical details to non‑technical users.
- Engage closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify gaps, streamline processes, and implement improvements or automation.
- Coordinate effectively with vendors on project management, system enhancements, and ongoing support activities.
- Manage enhancement requests through system customisation, configuration, and limited development activities.
- Contribute to strategic planning regarding business systems replacement, consolidation, or improvement to align with evolving organisational requirements.
- Support governance activities, including defining project benefits, preparing status reports, managing budgets, and delivering updates to senior management and the board.
- Assist the IT Manager with implementing Fronditha’s IT strategy and related governance processes.
About Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant IT industry certifications are desirable, including Project Management, Business Analysis, Development, Architecture, or similar certifications.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience across software development and implementation roles, including analysis, development, architecture, and/or QA.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and takes initiative to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated experience providing application support, either internally or as a vendor, with familiarity in platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.
- Proven experience in business analysis, including developing process maps and detailed process documentation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills, essential for working collaboratively across departments.
