This is a full‑time, "Once in a lifetime" role in our high‑performing and incredibly supportive and fun Service & Warranty team, handling our new customers who have already settled in to their homes.


Responsibilities

* Handle customers who have already settled, undertaking their 90‑day service
* Review customer‑raised items and schedule works prior to attending inspection
* Conduct inspection and perform required works using the tools provided in your company vehicle
* Assess and evaluate all items on the checklist inspections, clearly explaining any disqualified items to the customer
* Log, photograph and update all work via the mobile CRM for each service item, providing concise notes as required
* Ensure all customers receive prompt responses and follow‑up to ensure matters raised are resolved satisfactorily
* Accurately document and report on common construction items found during inspections for product and build process improvement
* Maintain and improve relationships with all internal departments, external customers, suppliers, agents and contractors

Qualifications

* Trade background in residential construction, ideally carpentry
* Experience in a customer service/contact role
* Working knowledge of Australian Building Codes, standards and regulations
* Ability to read and understand plans
* Professional and proactive approach to all tasks undertaken

This role requires a pre‑employed medical and national police check to be undertaken on the successful applicant.
