Cloud Migration Project Analyst - Banking

12 month fixed-term contract
Key responsibilities include maintaining project registers, providing regular project status reports, and ensuring smooth communication across all teams involved in the migration process. The role demands a detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a switched-on team player who is keen to drive the project to completion and solving problems individually and in a team-based environment.

You will also be responsible for:
- Project Planning and Tracking: Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of the project plan, including timelines, resources, and budget considerations.
- Resource Coordination: Organizing and coordinating resources, including team members, tools, and external vendors. Ensuring that team members are clear on their responsibilities and timelines is key.
- Meeting Coordination: Scheduling and facilitating project meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and issues, maintaining comprehensive project RAID registers
- Support cross team collaboration
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation
To be successful in this critical role, you will:
- Experience in resourcing, scheduling, financial planning and coordination of status reporting.
- Experience working in a deadline oriented environment.
- Experience working as a coordinator as part of a project office or team.
- Strong understanding of resourcing, scheduling, financial management (budgeting, forecasting, modelling) and reporting of projects.
