Established for over 50 years, our client is one of Australia's largest property valuation and advisory firms. They have built a solid reputation across both the Perth metropolitan and Western Australia regional areas for delivering the highest level of service to their clients.
They are now seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to join their team on a 6-month maternity leave contract to provide support to their team with human resource and WHS activities.
This role will see you working with a leading property valuation firm with a respected brand and reputation, and fantastic company culture.
The duties of the role will include the below but not limited to:
* End to end recruitment which includes, reviewing job descriptions, advertisements, candidate application management, scheduling interviews and interview panels.
* Coordinate the on boarding and induction programs.
* Work closely with the Finance Manager to manage remuneration and benefits.
* Provide HR advice and support to directors and managers and respond to staff related queries.
* Manage valuer certificates and training needs to ensure that valuers are compliant with client requirements.
* Support performance and development of all staff.
* Coordinate the Graduate Valuer and Intern Programs.
* Promote and support DE&I initiatives across the organisation and ensure fair and inclusive HR practices.
To be successful you will have the below qualifications and experience:
* Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or Human Resources.
* 3 - 5 years of experience in office management and Human Resources.
* You will be good communicator in both verbal and written forms.
* Have a great attention to detail and strong level of intuition to pre-empt the needs of those you are supporting.
* You will have common sense and ability to manage high workloads is paramount.
