Content Creator & Visual Storyteller Role Summary
This highly creative and motivated individual leads the digital presence, manages online stores, and brings brands to life through engaging storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
* Capture high-quality photographs in a studio setting with strong attention to detail.
* Produce short-form and long-form video content for various platforms.
* Develop visually appealing graphics, thumbnails, templates, and branded assets.
* Direct shoots, bring creative ideas to life, and ensure all content reflects brand standards.
Confidently appear on camera to discuss new arrivals and product features.
Creative Design & Brand Identity
* Design marketing and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
* Maintain and refresh brand assets, including templates, logos, signage, and collateral.
* Ensure all content maintains a consistent visual identity and aligns with the evolving brand direction.
Content Strategy & Planning & Publishing, Scheduling & Social Management
* Develop concepts, scripts, hooks, and creative angles for social content.
* Create storylines, series formats, and evergreen content to drive engagement and growth.
* Act as the creative lead, idea generator, planner, and strategist behind all digital output.
* Manage scheduling and publishing across multiple platforms.
* Write engaging captions tailored to platform best practices.
* Monitor trends, optimize posting times, and support community engagement.
E-commerce & Digital Marketing
* Oversee and manage e-commerce platforms including product uploads, pricing updates, banners, and daily maintenance.
* Use email marketing tools to build and send newsletters, product highlights, and promotional emails.
* Support and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and other advertising platforms.
General Creative & Marketing Support
* Provide input into marketing campaigns, product launches, and in-store promotions.
* Work as a team's videographer, editor, graphic designer, social media planner, scheduler, and creative sounding board.
* Assist with events and in-store marketing activities as needed.
