Prosper Digital is a growing Shopify Plus agency looking to expand its Melbourne-based accounts team. We focus on creating world-class digital experiences. The ideal Account Manager candidate has a high level of care for the relationships they foster, a meticulous approach to their work and prior experience in eCommerce.
We are searching for a high-performing team player who resolves tasks collaboratively and enjoys going above and beyond. You bring a proactive and solution-focused approach to your role. You must be a clear communicator as you'll need to forge strong relationships with our team and clients, developing a deep understanding of their eCommerce operations.
About the role
* Strategise – Collaborate with the Senior Leadership team to identify, develop and implement strategic plans to grow existing accounts and build new business.
* Build relationships – Partner closely with your clients to effectively present strategic and creative work and provide a proactive client service. You care about them and their businesses.
* Communication is key – Lead and manage client communication such as project schedules, budgets, timelines, contract reports and WIP documentation.
* Create Briefs – Take client requests and interpret these into actionable briefs for the design & and development teams.
* Facilitate Project Delivery – Ensure our team and our clients have the right information and clear updates to ensure projects are both high quality and delivered within timeframes and budgets.

About You
* You've either worked at an eCommerce brand or for a digital agency
* 2+ years of eComm experience
* You have a deep care for the work you do & the people you work with
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* A meticulous eye for detail, particularly in managing budgets, invoicing, and creating briefs.
* Willingness to embrace new tools, technologies, and workflows – AI is part of our day-to-day
* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills with the ability to switch gears and prioritise work across multiple projects.
* Previous agency experience is a plus (but not necessary)
* Must enjoy dumplings and appreciate the subtle, gentle aromas of a morning brew on a breezy Melbourne morning
