Civil Engineer – Urban Developments

Group 6 is a Gold Coast and Brisbane–based structural and civil engineering consultancy with a strong foothold in both regions. We deliver innovative, practical solutions for urban development projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
We are seeking a Civil Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of local consultancy experience to join our team. You will work closely with colleagues at either our Gold coast or Brisbane office, contributing to the delivery of high-quality urban development projects.
What You'll Do:
* Contribute to civil engineering design for urban development projects
* Prepare reports, drawings, and technical documentation
* Conduct site inspections and ensure construction compliance
* Liaise with councils, service authorities, builders, and consultants
* Manage project tasks and deliverables
* Gain exposure to large-scale educational, multi-residential, commercial, and high-end projects
About You:
* Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
* Minimum 2 years of local consultancy experience
* Experience in urban civil infrastructure design (roads, stormwater, sewer, water) is advantageous
* Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with AutoCAD; DRAINs and MUSIC is a plus
* Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship
