We are looking for a passionate, eager to learn Finance & Administration
Officer to join our high-performing team on a full-time basis in
Emerald, QLD.
About the role:
* Manage
site accounts, ensuring timely processing and supplier relationship
management.
* Assist
with weekly payroll data preparation.
* Maintain
the fixed asset register, including vehicle and equipment documentation.
* Support
seasonal worker onboarding and compliance checks.
* Assist
in site audits and reporting activities.
* Provide
high-level administrative support, including reception duties and issuing
worker ID cards.
* Uphold
strong compliance and recordkeeping standards.
Who we are looking for:
* Advanced
Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
* Experience
with SAP or similar systems (or a willingness to learn fast).
* Excellent
time management, organisation, and data accuracy skills.
* A
can-do attitude, with a focus on customer service and results.
