About the role:
You're an experienced and organised Site Manager who runs safe, efficient, and high-quality sites. You bring solid construction know-how, lead with integrity, communicate clearly, and build strong relationships with trades and clients. You stay calm under pressure, solve problems quickly, and take real pride in delivering standout work. Most importantly, you champion safety, set the standard for your team, and help create a positive, productive site culture.
* Champion a safety-first culture on site, ensuring full EHSQ compliance and proactive risk management every day.
* Coordinate and lead daily site operations from establishment through to handover, keeping the project running smoothly and efficiently.
* Build strong, positive relationships with subcontractors, clients, consultants, and stakeholders to support seamless delivery.
* Develop, track, and drive construction programmes in partnership with the Project Manager, ensuring work is sequenced safely and effectively.
* Maintain high standards of on-site quality, resolving issues quickly and ensuring workmanship meets SHAPE's benchmark.
* Deliver exceptional client experiences, communicating clearly, solving problems early, and representing SHAPE with professionalism.
About you:You're an organised, solutions-focused site leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to keep trades, safety, and progress running smoothly. You communicate well, stay calm under pressure, and bring a strong commitment to quality, teamwork, and doing things right. Most of all, you take ownership, bring a positive attitude, and take pride in delivering great work.
* Proven experience as a Site Manager or experienced Supervisor/Foreman delivering fitout, new build, or complex refurbishment projects.
* A collaborative, positive, team-first mindset with strong communication and people skills.
* A genuine commitment to safety, risk management, and EHSQ excellence.
* Strong understanding of construction methodology, trades, sequencing, and buildability.
* Ability to coordinate subcontractors, manage daily site operations, and maintain high quality standards.
* Competence with digital tools such as Procore, MS Project, or similar (or willingness to learn quickly).
* Solid ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and site documentation accurately.
* Current Construction Industry/White Card, with First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
