Bolton Clarke Residential group now has 88 Aged Care Homes across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA & WA, with the inclusion of the Allity, McKenzie & Acacia Living Group.## About the RoleAs a Personal Care Worker, you will attend to the domestic needs of customers, with a focus on those requiring additional assistance due to physical limitations or frailty. You will provide manual handling support, deliver activities to enhance the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of customers. You will also report changes in customers' conditions to senior staff and advocate for residents' wellbeing through exceptional service and effective collaboration with families and the care team.Responsibilities include:* Focuses on customers in their own homes using person centered approach, demonstrate values of patience, empathy and listening and respects the customer's diverse and unique needs.* Identifies and reports changes in customers' circumstances and capacity to more senior staff members, monitors and record clients' vital signs and assist with medication management, including reminders and administration as prescribed.* Provides manual handling assistance to customers with daily tasks, supports customers with daily hygiene routines, including showers or baths, shaving, and nail care.
