Apex are on the lookout for a qualified Nuclear Medicine Technologist with a passion for imaging and an interest in maintaining their Radiography skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career while enjoying the best of coastal living.
About The Role
This role will be split between working as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist and as a Radiographer, working shifts, 7 days a week.
As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be performing all aspects of Nuclear Medicine including radiopharmaceutical preparation and Quality Control procedures to the highest standard. You will have an awareness of all aspects of radiation safety as they pertain to the practices of general Nuclear Medicine.
As a Radiographer you will have the primary focus of delivering high quality diagnostic imaging services and patient care in accordance with clinical protocols, recognised best practice standards and relevant codes of conduct.
What You'll Need
* Tertiary qualification in Nuclear Medicine
* Minimum 1yrs experience working in Nuclear Medicine
* Current AHPRA registration as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
* Current WA Radiation Licence
* PET experience and Diagnostic CT Accreditation highly desirable but not essential
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Interest in or commitment to training and development.
